President/CEO   Antonio Kennedy

Antonio graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2017 from NC Central University of Durham,NC. He has gained experience throughout the country working within the hospitality industry for over 15 years beginning in the restaurant industry at the early age of 13 as multi concept foods supervisor at Wet n' Wild Waterpark . In 2012 Antonio decided he needed to gain more specialized knowledge in the hospitality sector. At that time he made the decision to learn all he could about the hotel industry. Beginning with Marriott and their select service brands. Since then he has led many different organizations and created engaging cultures within a variety of chains including Marriott, IHG, Choice, Wyndham, Sonesta and Best Western. Antonio has been able to ascended into top leadership roles due to his hands on management approach and dedication to always delivering extraordinary customer service.  He has created a 10 step approach to the "Ultimate Guest Experience"  that he has been able to successfully execute at all the hotel operations he has the opportunity to lead. Antonio's work experience speaks to his history of leadership as well as strong sales and marketing and operating results. Most notably,he has
 

• Turned many less favorable hotel operations into consistently high performing, multimillion-dollar organizations that
maintains even after his tenure by instilling his 10 steps to the ultimate guest experience.
• Streamlined operations and eliminated duplicate functions and unnecessary expenses to reduce costs
and increase productivity and revenue by creating tracking spreadsheets, department job duties
checklist, and close monitoring of vendor pricing and products.
• Integrated sales and operations, creating proactive employees that focus on maximizing every sale and
complete guest satisfaction.
